A trade mission of entrepreneurships from Podlaskie region to the Belgium will be organize from 7th to 10th of June 2006. Marshal’s Office of Podlaskie Voivodeship  and The Centre of Podlaskie Promotion are the main organizers of the trade mission.

The main aim of the trade mission is to give a possibility for Polish companies to contact with Belgian companies and to start co-operation. Thanks to the direct business meetings polish companies will have an opportunity of starting co-operation and business exchange with Belgian companies.

I5 companies from Podlaskie region will participate in the trade mission. Polish companies represent following branches: tourism, wood, food, furniture, herbs, printing, processing of plastic materials, doors and windows. Polish companies, mainly, looking for new markets for its products. They want to start co-operation with wholesales, buyers and representants of big Belgian companies.

During the trade mission Polish companies will have a direct business meetings with companies from Belgium. The direct business meetings will be held in the Trade and Investment Section of Polish Embassy in Brussels. At the beginning of the meeting, presentation of Polish companies taking part in the trade mission, will be given. This kind of direct business meetings and possibility of  presentation own company is the best way to start co-operation, which in the future can give many business contracts.

During the mission a meeting with Counselor of the Trade and Investment Section of Polish Embassy in Brussels will be organize. Also, information on investment in Podlaskie region and economy situation in Belgium will be given.

Polish and Belgian companies will participate in the “Podlaski Evening” organize by the Polish Representative in the EU.
