As a part of “Podlaskie’s turn” we would like to present chief assets of Podlaskie Voivodship for Belgian society, Euro deputies, and European regions and also for potential business partners. Podlaskie Voivodship that borders on Belarus and Lithuania can be called Eastern Gate of Europe.
The presentation will take place on 6th June at 6 p.m. in the premises of the European Parliament in Brussels. Barbara Kudrycka, Polish deputy to European Parliament and Janusz Krzyżewski, Marshall of Podlaskie Voivodship will ceremonially open the exhibition that shows the unique nature of Podlaskie Region and its multicultural structure of society.
During the four days of the campaign “Podlaskie’s turn” musical concerts in Brussels and Lie’ge will be organized as well as business seminars concerning investment cooperation, businessmen’s meetings as a part of economic mission and also presentation of brand regional products during “Podlaskie Evening” in Polish Representation to European Union.

- 8.30 p.m. – concert of The Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic (Notre Dame de la Chapelle Cathedral in Brussels)
7th June
- 11 a.m. – 6.p.m. – exhibition “Podlaskie’s turn” and promotional stands open in the building of European Parliament
- 1 p.m. – TVP 3 films presentation, concerning regional culture, promoting natural and tourist values of the voivodship (“Welcome to Podlasie”, “Forest’s Days”, “Stafan’s homestead”) and radio commercial prepared by Białystok Polish Radio
- 8 p.m. – concert of The Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic in Liège – premiere of A. Dupuis cantata, that has been recently found in Białystok and make over of it to the heirs in Liège.
8th June
- 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. – exhibition “ Podlaskie’s turn” and promotional stands open in the building of European Parliament
- 1 p.m. – TVP 3 films presentation, concerning regional culture, promoting natural and tourist values of the voivodship (“Biebrza Valley”, “Forest kitchen”, “Bison’s estate”) and radio commercial prepared by Białystok Polish Radio
- from 10.30 a.m.- meeting with the Polish Commercial Attaché in the Polish Embassy in Brussels and with the !#!participants!#! of the economic mission to Brussels (Polish and Belgian partners)
- 7 p.m. – “Podlaskie Evening” – winner’s promotion, who were awarded in “Podlaska Brand of the Year” ( in the seat of the Representation of Poland in Brussels)
