First of all – what is Voivodeship Property?

It is property and financial matters acquired by the Voivodeship or other provincial corporations. Aside from the Voivodeship, self-governmental units with regulations accorded directly by statues as well as those, which can be set up only by the Voivodeship on the base of separate statues, are provincial corporations.

Below is range of our responsibilities:

- keeping the record of real estates
- providing the pricing of real estates
- making up the plan of gaining funds
- securing real estates against damage or destruction
- collecting dues for real estates available from funds
- disposal, replacement and donation of real estates
- giving up the property for perpetual exploiting
- encumbrance with limited material rights
- contributing real estates to a company as a non-pecuniary part
- renting, leasing and lending
- giving up the property for constant management
- providing provincial corporations with real estates
